Ikuyo was established in Tokyo in 2025 — born from a deep love for Japan and a belief that travellers deserve better than generic, off-the-shelf tours.
The name says it all. 'Iku' (行く) means 'to go' in Japanese — and 'Yo' reflects the warm, friendly energy we bring to every trip we plan. We didn't set out to be another travel agency. We built Ikuyo because we know Japan — its hidden corners, its seasonal rhythms, its best kept local secrets — and we wanted to share all of that with travellers who are ready to go beyond the usual highlights.
We know the difference between a trip that's been carefully thought through and one that hasn't. The former stays with you. That's the standard we hold every Ikuyo itinerary to.
We design fully customised Japan trips for individuals, couples, families, and small groups. No packages, no templates. Every itinerary is built from scratch based on who you are, what excites you, and how you like to travel.

Our team is based in Tokyo. We plan everything in-house, from scratch. No outsourcing, no third-party agents. Any question, change, or last-minute request goes directly to us.
We keep Ikuyo intentionally small. That means fewer clients, more attention, and a level of care that larger agencies simply can't offer. If we take you on, your trip matters to us personally.
